Sir, – The “Grow in Love” programme, taught in all Catholic primary schools across our country, encourages children to bring about the Kingdom of God here on earth, ie, a world full of love and kindness where we treat our neighbour as we would like to be treated ourselves.
Sadly, the outdated teachings of the Catholic Church do nothing to encourage this process. It is time for change because without it, there will be no church (ie, the people) in the future. – Yours, etc,
