Sir, – I congratulate our professional golfers on their performances over last few days. Rory McIlroy, Pádraig Harrington, Séamus Power, Gary Hurley, Leona Maguire and John Murphy have played superbly and are a credit to themselves, their families, their clubs and their country. It is fabulous to see them encouraging the next generation of young Irish golfers.
