Sir, – After a superb night’s entertainment from Paul Heaton and his band belting out all the great Housemartins and Beautiful South hits at the 3 Arena on Friday night, I set off for home on the 16 bus. The driver added to my jovial mood by being helpful to one lost tourist whom he brought to his correct bus stop for free, and to a young woman looking for Parnell Road he give directions at length and made sure she was going the right way. Well done driver and Dublin Bus (and Paul!) on helping make it a most pleasurable night out. – Yours, etc,
