Sir, – A letter writer (Letters, April 19th) decries “anti-social behaviour” in Dublin and cites “aggressive panhandling” and “drug consumption” as being detrimental to tourism. Has he stopped to think why people are forced into these activities, and that some of those who clearly need help are themselves Dubliners? – Yours, etc,
