Sir, – After all the hullabaloo about getting special permission for five concerts in Croke Park last year, there will be an increase to seven concerts in Marley Park this year and not a word about it. This despite all the complaints, noise, and public transport chaos with the increased amount of concerts last year. The difference is Marley Park is a public park that will be closed to park users for these seven concerts to take place. Marley Park is being turned into a commercialised venue by stealth and no one is saying stop. – Yours, etc,
