Sir, – As a regular bus passenger, my life has benefitted greatly from an application called Real Time from Dublin Bus.
This user-friendly app allows the customer to input a stop number and see all the busses that will arrive based on sat nav. If one doesn’t know the stop number, one inputs the route number and all the stops are listed.
Now, with no explanation, a message has appeared stating that this app will no longer be supported and guiding the user to another app, TFI Live.
This new app lacks the wonderful simplicity and user-friendliness of the one it is due to replace.
