Sir, – I fully agree with Anne Marie Kennedy (Letters, May 18th) about the ubiquitous use of the term “perfect” in the service and hospitality sector. The one that gets my goat is the widespread use of the term “No worries”. I never know if it’s the staff member or customer whose fears require reassurance. – Yours, etc,
