Sir, – Around 90 per cent of my relatively modest income is dealt with under the PAYE system.

Each year at about this time I sit down to calculate what I owe in respect of the other 10 per cent.

This year I do this in the happy expectation that the Government will refuse to take the calculated sum! – Yours, etc,
