Sir, – GAA president Larry McCarthy has in my view been reluctant to address the issue of the GAA policy of placing certain fixtures in the 2023 campaigns behind the GAAGO pay wall.
Nevertheless, I signed up for the Donegal v Tyrone fixture. An early opening goal by Tyrone did not merit an “action replay” and I was then advised on screen that “replays” of the action are not included when one purchases a one-off fixture!
I would appreciate an explanation as to why “action replays”, a staple of live broadcasts since I was a schoolboy (I was born in 1958), are excluded by the GAAGO service. – Yours, etc,
