Sir, – I refer to your front-page article “‘Nitpicking’ and ‘grumpy’ testers among complaints made to RSA about driving tests” (News, August 16th). According to the candidates themselves, the first was late, the next couldn’t control the car on the day and the third couldn’t find their vehicle.
They apparently are all under the impression that these circumstances are somebody else’s fault. Should we laugh or cry? – Yours, etc,
