Sir, – Regarding the conviction of Donald Trump in New York, history will ultimately judge whether Storm Daniels qualified as a mild tropical squall or a category five hurricane for his re-election campaign. Nevertheless, May 30th must surely count as a gloriously sunny day for the rule of law. And we need more of those. – Yours, etc,
