Sir, – Now that planning permission has been overturned on a 225-bed student accommodation block in Donnybrook (Business, October 4th), I look forward, when next in that suburb, to soaking up the relaxed ambience of its streetscape, particularly the attractive pedestrian environment close to the petrol station, with vehicles coming and going, enlivening the footpath. – Yours, etc,
