Sir, - I object in the strongest possible terms to An Post's recent decision to sell Fianna Fáil the rights to have its name and message on all stamped letters.

I feel it is highly inappropriate and unwise to afford any political organisation this form of advertising at any time. Furthermore, I feel it is totally unacceptable for An Post to expect consumers to pay any postage in these circumstances.

This apparent display of allegiance is incredibly short-sighted and risks undermining customer loyalty! - Yours, etc.,
