Madam, – We are informed (Home News, March 9th), that 11,707 new private cars were licensed last month, 4,317 (36.9 per cent) were petrol and 6,804 (58.1 per cent) were diesel.
How are the remaining 586 (5 per cent) powered? Green Party hot air? – Yours, etc,
