Sir, – On three recent visits to Dublin this winter, I was surprised at the constant smell of coal-burning in the Ballsbridge area, as well as the fumes from vehicles such as buses, lorries and older delivery vehicles on major roads. When is Dublin going to clean up the air, like most major cities in Europe are trying to do? – Yours, etc,
