Sir, - I think it is quite inappropriate and irresponsible to advertise alcohol so close to schools. For example, there are four primary and one secondary school opposite my estate and there are several poster sites and bus shelters adjacent to them, which regularly feature eye-catching and colourful ads for beer, lager and spirits.
Is it any surprise that so many young people are now using alcohol? - Yours, etc.,
