Sir, – I posted eight letters to test our new postcodes, hoping that the system would prove itself. Four were addressed to a correct street address but using incorrect Eircodes, and all four were delivered in the next day’s post. Four others were addressed using only “occupier” and a correct Eircode; one of these arrived today, 12 days after posting. I’m genuinely disappointed. – Yours, etc,
