Madam, – I have recently attempted to apply for a street parking permit outside my residence in the city. I was astonished to learn that dwellers of apartment blocks are not allowed to apply for parking permits from Dublin City Council. Only house-dwellers are entertained. Surely apartment dwellers have just as much right to the use of the street as anybody else? – Yours, etc,
