Madam, - I applied recently for a postgraduate course at Trinity College and was astonished to find the college is charging a fee of €45 for the processing of every postgraduate application.
I have yet to encounter the same audacity from any other UK or Irish university for merely processing an application for postgraduate study. Surely living the life of a student in this city is expensive enough without this kind of extortion from such a distinguished third-level institution. - Yours, etc,
