Madam, – Anglo is an organisation that has brought shame to its industry and one whose reckless incompetence and malpractice has almost capsized the entire economy. It has done for financial services what Harold Shipman did for medicine.
Doesn’t it send a chill down your spine to hear that it is trying to reinvent itself by trying to take over the running of some of Ireland’s few sustainable, but temporarily troubled, brands, first of the Quinn Group and now Arnotts? (July 29th).
The idea of those companies under Anglo’s monumentally catastrophic brand of management is just too awful for customers, staff and even citizens to contemplate. – Yours, etc,
