Sir, – Further to "Almost 8,000 multiple-ban drivers still behind wheel" (January 6th), if a driver has been disqualified from driving, and is found to be driving, why are we talking about penalty points and "name and shame" lists? They will continue to ignore penalty points, and they clearly have no shame. They should be jailed. – Yours, etc,
