Sir, - The British government had only just announced that it was banning T-bone steaks and other meat on the bone when - wouldn't you know it? - our own Health Minister announced that he was advising Irish butchers to take the same products off their own meat sales. What the heck is he playing at?
We have Agriculture Minister Joe Walsh telling the world that Irish beef is the best there is, while gadding about the place trying to flog it, and now this. Are they working together at all?, one wonders. - Yours, etc.,
