Madam, - In recent weeks people have been putting up Christmas decorations on display, which have been stored away for many months.
There is a statue that has been concealed for many years, which I think should be put out on display at this time of year.
A statue of Prince Albert, located in Leinster House lawn, is virtually hidden from public view. Queen Victoria's consort is credited with introducing many Christmas traditions to these islands, many of which survive to this day.
It would be an appropriate time to make use of this hidden treasure.
