Sir, – Your edition of August 11th marked the members of the present Government for their first 100 days with mixed, mostly negative, results.
The governments elected during the boom-time era, which ended bankrupting the country, lasted something near 4,000 days.
The members of those governments got a mainly positive media coverage over those 4,000 days.
As a matter of fact, in contrast to the present Government, the members of the boom-time governments who are still in the Oireachtas are getting continuous positive coverage. – Yours, etc,
