Madam, - Is it not time that politicians' unsolicited mail was placed under the same regulations as apply to the Irish Direct Marketing Association? Then we could be sure to have our names deleted from their mailing lists.
They have plenty of ways of publicising their views other than mail shots. Receiving unsolicited Christmas cards from politicians I never vote for only makes me all the more determined not to vote for them in future; the wasters. - Yours, etc,
