Sir, - What is it with this country's infatuation with coleslaw? From airlines to sandwich bars, hotels to transport cafes, we are plagued by the stuff - usually in specially-made containers, or dolloped on the unfortunate plate like school porridge. If I want to eat a cabbage sandwich, I will ask for one.
Nutritional value - perhaps cheap - certainly but worthwhile and enjoyable food never. - Yours, poisoned,
Elton Park, Sandycove, Co. Dublin.
