Madam, - Time is not a matter of legal interpretation. Seven days means seven days. As the clock cannot start before a warrant is signed, the warrant should therefore be valid for a full seven days from the time of signing.

Unless the law is in accordance with reason and common sense, it becomes a dangerous tool open to different interpretations and purposes and the exclusive property of lawyers whom we dare not question. - Yours, etc.,
