Madam, - Referring to the film Syriana Charles Krauthammer writes: "The true distinction of Syriana's script is the near-incomprehensible plot" (Opinion, March 6th).

In The Ticket (March 3rd) Michael Dwyer wrote: "Demanding the attention of its audience, Syriana proves thoroughly satisfying and accessible. . . "

One can only conclude that if Charles Krauthammer had been paying attention be wouldn't have lost the plot. - Yours, etc,
