Madam, - Liam Neeson (The Ticket, March 4th) laments that "there is a campaign to promote total sexual abstinence programmes among teenagers and the federal government [ of the US] is funding these clubs and associations". How dreadful! Promoting programmes that actually help teenagers to grow up with a healthy attitude to the God-given gift of sex being promoted!
Playing Kinsey in his recent film must have affected him. Otherwise, he would hardly be recommending the promiscuousness now prevalent, with the rampant spread of sexually transmitted diseases and the recourse to abortion. - Yours, etc.,
