Sir, - As secondary students from the Republic of Ireland, we wish to state our condemnation of violence as a means to achieve political aims.

We would also like to call upon paramilitary groups to reinstate/ maintain a permanent cease fire.

Finally, we applaud all peoples who have made a genuine effort to further the process of peace and reconciliation. Yours, etc.,
