Sir, - Well done to Fintan O'Toole for illustrating the fact that the law is for the rich only, and the ones getting richer are invariably the lawyers. (The Irish Times, April 7th).
I have no great sympathy for Beverly Cooper-Flynn. Doesn't her case clearly illustrate that only wealth and arrogance can allow access to the high stakes of the courts and the legal system. It is definitely not a gamble that is available to the person in the street. - Yours, etc.,
