Dail vacancy in Dublin South

Madam, - It has been over three months since the sad death of Séamus Brennan, which left the Dublin South constituency without its full slate of TDs, but no date has yet been set for the byelection.

While Fianna Fáil would no doubt prefer not to be out canvassing for votes when confidence and trust in the Government are at a low ebb, the people of Dublin South are entitled to full representation in the Dáil and accordingly a byelection ought to be called promptly. - Yours, etc,
