Sir, - The Waste Management Act of 1996 contains proposals to deal with dumps or, as they are now rather grandly referred to, land-fills sites.
It would be interesting to hear what the responsible authority's proposals are for dealing with the largest land-fill site in Ireland. It measures ten miles long and 25 yards wide. It extends from Connolly Station to Howth Station. It is known as the Dart line.- Yours, etc.,
