Sir, - The decision of the Revenue Commissioners to reward tax evaders once again is almost beyond belief and surely proves once and for all that compliant taxpayers are just fools.
What is really sickening is having to listen to dire warnings about what will happen to those who do not avail of the amnesty. Taxpayers have heard it all many times before and they know it is just a load of old blather. - Yours, etc.,
