Madam, - Last Friday's Irish Times carried an advertisement on page 6 encouraging anyone interested in the EU Reform Treaty to log on to www.reformtreaty.ie. I've tried to do so from two different computers and get the following helpful message: "You are not authorised to view this page. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied."
OK, I thought. But maybe the telephone number in the ad works. I tried calling 1850 211 602. I got an answering machine. - Yours, etc,
