Madam, - In his letter of December 13th, Vincent J. Lavery says that "the answer lies in beginning a national discussion on the decriminalisation of all drugs. It would be very refreshing if just one elected official - or for that matter a newspaper editor - would have the courage to start the discussion".
He is certainly half right, but obviously not a regular reader of your Letters page. - Yours, etc,
