Sir, - While cleaning out my attic recently I found some items which may be of interest to some of the witnesses involved in the DIRT inquiry:

1. Brass neck, suitable for withstanding intensive questioning and providing incomplete and misleading answers.

2. Tall pulpit, suitable for moralistic preaching down at customers or taxpayers, especially those without big institution backing.

3. Lie detector (witnesses may wish to pass on this one).
