Madam, – Perhaps we should celebrate the fact, that in these times of doom and gloom, Irish people do not discriminate against people with disabilities.

I have witnessed many people happy to use the designated disabled parking spaces and toilets in Belfast, Letterkenny and Galway. I just wonder why, when I questioned their choice, I was not greeted with joy?  – Yours, etc,
