Madam, - On page one of your Sports section on Monday, Sunday's Cavan versus Down match was described as "a typically dour Ulster championship tie". On page 6, a different correspondent (the one who actually attended the match) noted that that same match "flew in the face of the prevailing sense that the Ulster game is dour".
Either your page one correspondent writes his reports in advance, or all this unseemly smiling from Stormont has everyone confused. - Yours, etc,
