Sir, - Anybody who travels from Bray to St Stephen's Green by car knows that there are two lanes of traffic going in towards the city continuously from Bray to St Stephen's Green with the exception of a 100-yard piece of road in Donnybrook. Everybody is also aware of the hiatus in Donnybrook. For how long is this 100yard stretch of road going to be allowed to disrupt the free flow of traffic? - Yours, etc.,
