Sir, - Some would say that it's not fair to compare Mayor Guiliano of New York and his success in making his city safer for everybody to live and work in with our Minister of Justice and his efforts on behalf of zero tolerance. Perhaps so, but after about two years in office maybe he could make a start for visitors and locals alike by cleaning up the East Pier in Dun Laoghaire. - Yours, etc.,
