Madam, – Where has Noel Manning (September 9th) been living that he upbraids Susan McKay for complaining about the lack of gender equality in our society and solutions to that situation “having to wait”?
The Dáil, which is the most powerful decision-making institution in the State, comprises 87 per cent men. There is nothing equal, just or even efficient about that. – Yours, etc,
