Sir, – As the mother of three adult daughters and one son, all four “productive” and “leaders in their individual fields”, and the grandmother of six “creative, imaginative and aspirational” granddaughters (not to mention “passionate, talented and visionary”), I was disquieted to see that only one of my brood would appear to qualify as an applicant for one of the executive jobs advertised in your newspaper.
