Madam, - With reference to the judgment of the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Keane, in Ms Beverley Flynn's libel appeal (The Irish Times, April 29th), having found against her, was it strictly necessary in law to quote from Lord Bingham's judgment in the Grobbelaar case? To me, at least, it seemed to be a gratuitously insulting addendum. - Yours, etc.,
