Madam, - My heart sank when I saw on the front page of The Irish Times that another article on bullfighting was being featured inside (August 24th).
For me as for many others bullfighting is a sickening obscenity - an activity which is totally inexcusable and incomprehensible.
Fox hunting, hare coursing, and intense factory farming also impose unspeakable tortures on animals. - Yours, etc,
