Sir, - I had guessed that John Waters's "moderately well-known feminist" (Opinion, June 17th) was Ivana Bacik (June 19th). He referred to having discussed equality with her recently on the radio. Her idea of feminist equality is certainly undermined by her promotion of abortion, when the vast number of babies killed worldwide are girls.
Of course, strident feminists will not let a little fact like this trouble them. - Yours, etc.,
