Madam, – Concerning the reported moves to establish a party association in South Down, one has to admire the Fianna Fáil party (“FF supporters to consider party branch”, September 7th). Whatever about its current travails, the party’s desire to propagate its unique vision of governance does not seem to have been dented.
Not being content with having wrecked our economy, it now seem to be eyeing up the Northern one. I bet they won’t be caught napping though. – Yours, etc,
