When its plans for filling in hundreds of acres of Dublin Bay for development were quashed nothing further was heard of the project for some time. Now, it seems, it has adopted a scheme for piecemeal development, starting at the moment with a modest 52 acres of sea, probably along the Clontarf Road or on the Strand Road at Sandy mount. It plans to sell this land to developers or develop it themselves.
