Sir, - David Meredith (September 23rd) refers to the commemoration of Colonel James Fitzmaurice's successful transAtlantic air crossing in 1928. An Post is pleased to announce that Colonel Fitzmaurice is one of four famous aviators who will be commemorated on postage stamps early next year. The others are Captain J. P. Saul, General Charles F. Blair and Lady Mary Heath.
