Madam, – It seems a bit unnerving to me that the only way to reach any airline is via the internet.
I am a tourist from San Diego, California, and I don’t travel with a laptop. When travelling, less is best! Everyone assumes that the world’s population uses only internet for interaction, and that all travel with laptops or other gadgets. How sad.
I am grateful that the Kerry library system allows internet use . . . but at 5am, or 10pm, or on Sunday, it is an unavailable asset.
Please let the airlines spend a bit extra to have a real person answer phone inquiries. We travellers/tourists are a captive audience, we but do need assistance in times of catastrophe. – Yours, etc,
